Media Operator

Over 90% of car buyers start their buying journey online. When a customer visits a dealership, they know what they want and how much they want it for. It's our job to make sure our products are advertised online efficiently, accurately and to a high standard.

We're looking for a Media Operator to join Chorley Group's Marketing Team to make sure our products are standing out from the online competition. Experience in online marketing, social media and video production/editing would be a big bonus. The role will be based across Blackpool and West Lancashire, with a competitive salary of up to 27,000 with bonuses.

Your will be responsible for:

Photographing and filming all stock that arrivals on site to a high standard.

Writing engaging and descriptive adverts for all vehicles.

Working with the Group's marketing team to create engaging visual content for social media and our website.

Assisting the marketing team film and edit visual content.

Creating high quality video content to compliment the vehicles images and descriptions.

Keeping up to date with what stock is available on site and what status vehicles are in.

With over 30+ years experience in the automotive industry and as a franchise dealer for some of the biggest brands on the market - this is a fantastic opportunity for anybody with an interest in vehicles and/or marketing. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, however full training will be given to the right candidate.

As a minimum, the candidate must have:

Excellent attention to detail and high standards for visual and written content.

Excellent written communication skills.

A self-motivated and organised attitude - capable of managing workflows efficiently.

Inquisitive personality and be keen to learn about products and best practices.

Good understanding of online shopping, retailing and social media.

Be able to learn and adapt to new technologies easily.

Some experience in online retailing and/or photography, content creation is desirable but not essential.

Have a full UK driving licence.

Pay: 20,800.00-27,000.00 per year
