Test Associates is a privately owned and forward thinking and energetic B2B media company that operates out of offices in the vibrant sea-side city of Brighton.

Our business produces a number of high-level media solutions that include, conferences, awards, webinars, networking events and community-based content. We deliver our solutions here in the UK, in North America, and most recently in India. All events and content are targeted at 3 niches within the IT sector.

Due to expansion we are now looking to bring on board a highly talented media sales professionals to work on some truly market leading media platforms.

This is a fabulous opportunity to be part of a small energetic company that provides great learning, a fun atmosphere, centrally based modern offices, and the chance to broaden your skill sets. We host regular team nights, have a great working vibe and generally have a work hard play hard attitude

The role will see the media sales professionals contacting senior marketing professionals to understand their challenges and requirements and scoping out how our solutions can support them. The role is full-time and office based, unless attending our events, and so utilisation of the phone, email, social media, and our HubSpot CRM will be key to success, as will the use of video meetings.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role and would suit a 'company thinker' that has a can do attitude, who is comfortable making 40 calls per day, sending 20 solid emails and cross selling multiple products at a time. The right candidates will thrives off doing a deal, while realising their input is absolutely critical to success of each product, so a strong worth ethos and team mentality is critical.

Selling awards sponsorship to a wide range of companies at home and abroad Demonstrating the value of all products within the business Identifying new areas for growth Consistently overachieving targets Maintaining accurate sales records

Key skills and attributes of the media sales executive are:



2-4 year's experience in a similar environment Talented, ambitious, hungry, and determined Good presentation skills both written and oral Being able to speak to professionals at all levels Not afraid to pick up the phone and do a deal Punctual, reliable, and hardworking Takes responsibility for their work load Can think on their feet
