About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Media Sales Executive to join our dynamic advertising team. In this role, you'll work across classified, directory, digital, and display sales, building strong relationships with clients and agents while driving revenue growth for our publications.

You'll work closely with the Advertisement Manager to meet monthly sales targets, manage client accounts efficiently, and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Main Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of classified, directory, digital, and display sales. Achieve monthly revenue targets set by your Media Director/Advertisement Manager. Maintain effective communication with your manager and team to ensure a smooth workflow. Handle all administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate records and booking details.

Key Duties

Make 40-50 proactive sales and follow-up calls daily, building strong client and agent relationships. Ensure all copy and client orders meet production deadlines. Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and our CRM with client information accurately and in a timely manner. Attend relevant shows and exhibitions, occasionally involving travel and overnight stays. Perform occasional ad-hoc duties aligned with the needs of the business.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and client engagement. Media sales experience is an advantage but not a must
