We're looking for a motivated professional to join our Bournemouth office on a 12-month maternity cover contract as a

Senior Social Media Sales Executive

.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in sales, recruitment, or other client-facing roles - or for someone with a bit more leadership background, who's ready to take on broader responsibility within a fast-growing team.

Beta Squad, Ali-A, Airrack, Brent Rivera, KSI, Nick DiGiovanni, and MattDoesFitness

- helping them turn their existing content into 5-6 figure monthly passive income across platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, MSN and Spotify and more.

What You'll Do



Identify, research, and reach out to creators and YouTubers who fit our syndication program. Build and manage relationships through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Attend key creator and industry events (London, LA, Cannes, Dubai, NYC, Miami and more). Keep CRM records and pipelines updated, working collaboratively with the wider team. Consistently meet or exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets. Contribute ideas, insights, and leadership support as our team continues to grow.

Potentially develop or work into a team leader for one of our teams


We're Looking For



Strong interpersonal skills - confident, personable, and naturally good at conversation. Background in sales, recruitment, media, or another people-first environment (hospitality experience is also valuable). Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset - maybe you've run a side project or small business. Passion for YouTube, social media, and the creator space. Bournemouth-based, full-time in-office role (Monday-Friday). Bonus if you've helped support or guide others in a team before -

this role could evolve further for the right person.


What's on Offer



Competitive base salary (DOE). Commission paid for 6 months per deal - for example, sign up a creator in November and continue earning from it until April/May. Average total earnings:

45k+ per year. Team leaders will earn more!
