About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing group of eight creative and digital brands led by a visionary entrepreneur.

We're building a new Media Company alongside ventures in retail, charity, online raffles, influencer marketing, and data technology -- and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Media Specialist General Manager to help lead the way.

This is a senior management role with a clear route to Managing Director for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the creative and operational growth of multiple brands Recruit, train, and manage media, marketing, and technical teams Develop and deliver digital strategies across all platforms Manage timelines, production quality, and brand consistency Review analytics and performance to drive audience growth Report directly to the entrepreneur and contribute to business strategy

Desired Skills and Knowledge

Videography and video editing Web design and front-end coding Social media growth and monetisation strategies App development coordination SEO and Meta marketing analytics Strong leadership and communication skills

What We Offer

Salary from 30,000 - 80,000, depending on role and experience Direct collaboration with the company founder Real input in strategy, branding, and content direction Clear career progression to Managing Director for senior applicants A supportive, office-based, creative working environment
