Mediator - Part Time/Self-Employed Basis

Family Law Group is a leading firm of family law Solicitors with a diverse workforce over 12 offices, specialising in all areas of family law including divorce & separation, child arrangements, care proceedings, matrimonial finance & property, cohabitation disputes, mediation, collaborative law, forced marriage and domestic abuse injunctions.

The firm is looking for a self-motivated Mediator who has experience in family mediation both in relation to children and finance, to be based primarily in Nottingham, but to work across the wider firm. There will be the possibility of some remote work. You will be working within an already established mediation practice with an accredited mediator and PCC.

Key Requirements

Completed Foundation training and working towards accreditation Experience in children and finance family law Excellent and evidenced client care skills Creative thinker and not afraid of a challenge

Salary

The salary range for this position is dependent on experience or based on fee sharing if self-employed.
