We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Donor Provision Co-Ordinator to join our Cell Therapies Team. We collect stem cells from donors which are then sent to another hospital to potentially save someones life.
You will be responsible for the administration of processing stem cell donation requests from dedicated Stem Cell Registries and also for our own private patients. You will be required to schedule multiple bookings, process paperwork for their medical assessment and stem cell collection. In addition, you will also be required to fulfil all post donation administration tasks, invoicing, managing the timely receipt of results and any other data entry requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional atmosphere. This will include working closely with Consultants, nurses, lab staff, hospital booking teams and most importantly Donor Registries. Knowledge of DGL and Mosaiq would be beneficial. The ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously is essential.
Qualifications
Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles.
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience in data entry and clerical work is highly desirable.
Typing skills with attention to detail.

This position is an office based position. There is no scope for any home working within this role due to its nature. The role will also require the candidate to work rotational shifts with other members of the team - Monday to Friday at 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00.
