Alba Medical Group is based across 3 Health board areas including NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, Forth Valley and Lanarkshire providing General Medical Services to circa 77,000 patients. Due to the growing nature of the practice, we are inviting applications from suitably experienced individuals to join our vibrant and motivated administrative team in the role of Workflow Administrator within our Woodstock Medical Centre in Lanark.
The role is varied and duties will include actioning incoming mail from consultants, clinics, hospitals, out of hours services and assisting patients to ensure they are able to access the right care at the right place at the right time. You will work as part of a local team with a peer support network across our other sites.
Applicants must have the ability to adapt and multi skill in a very busy environment with ever changing priorities. Experience of working within General Practice is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
