Prescribing Support: Assist in processing repeat prescription requests, liaising with clinical staff to ensure safe and timely medication authorisations. Document Handling: Scan, code, and assign incoming clinical and non-clinical documents via Restore and ensure these are accurately uploaded to patient records. Patient Registrations: Manage new patient registrations, de-registrations, and updates to patient demographics in accordance with NHS guidelines.
Care Navigation Support:
Utilise SystmConnect and Visiba to triage patient access requests and direct them to the most appropriate team member or service. Notes Administration: Oversee incoming and outgoing notes, including digitisation, summarisation, and accurate patient coding. Digital Systems Use: Operate and maintain familiarity with all practice systems including SystmConnect, Visiba, Restore, and iGPr. Governance & Compliance: Contribute to safe, effective administration practices in line with information governance and data protection policies.
