Full-time medical receptionist required to join the admin team of a busy expanding multi-disciplinary clinic in Taunton.
Requirements:
Excellent IT and communication skills together with a good touch typing speed are essential for this role.
This role is to provide enhanced, proactive support to the team. The support provided needs to be seamless and of a high standard enabling them to operate efficiently. The individual is expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative and is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Patient care is of utmost importance therefore the ideal applicant would be someone whom is warm, approachable and highly professional.
Daily Tasks include but are not limited to:
Performing receptionist duties throughout the day as necessary, acting as first point of contact for patients, answering queries, booking appointments, responding to emails
Managing patient records, replenishing stock, cash handling and any other tasks set down by the Directors and/or Owner.
Work closely with the Directors and reception team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
