Are you an organised, personable, and proactive individual looking to join a dynamic healthcare team in South Wales? The Treatment Room is seeking a dedicated Front of House Receptionist/Admin Staff to be the face of our clinic, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

About Us:

The Treatment Room specialises in physiotherapy, sports massage and other premier healthcare services. We take pride in delivering personalised and high-quality care to our clients, fostering an environment that promotes health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Greet clients with warmth, answer incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and manage bookings efficiently. Appointment Management: Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client records. Financial Duties: Assist with financial forecasting, processing payments, and basic financial administration. Social Media Management: Update our Instagram and other social media platforms with engaging content to promote our services and maintain client interest. Client Outreach: Reach out to existing and potential clients to share updates, reminders, and promotions. Staff Coordination: Liaise with our team of therapists and practitioners to coordinate schedules, communicate client needs, and support operational flow. Administrative Support: Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, manage clinic supplies, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role (experience in a healthcare setting is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with booking and scheduling software. Basic knowledge of financial management and forecasting. Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and content creation. Ability to multitask, stay organised, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Team-oriented mindset and adaptability to work with various practitioners.
