Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Medical Aesthetics Practitioner at Piril Sideras Aesthetics, located in Waltham Abbey. Responsibilities include performing non-surgical facial and body treatments such as injectables, dermal fillers, and skin therapies in accordance with clinical protocols. The role also involves conducting client consultations, developing personalised care plans, maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, and staying up-to-date with advancements in aesthetics treatments. The practitioner will work closely with clients to ensure exceptional service and deliver results that align with the clinic's ethos of enhancing natural beauty and confidence.

Qualifications

Certification or registration in medical aesthetics, nursing, or a related field is required (NMC, GMC, GDC, GPhC) Proficiency in administering aesthetic treatments, including injectables, dermal fillers and skin rejuvenation therapies Experience in personalised care planning, client consultations, and recommending appropriate treatments Knowledge of safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and ethical practices in medical aesthetics Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach to fostering confidence and trust Ability to stay updated on advancements in skin science, aesthetics procedures, and holistic wellness practices Prior experience in a luxury or clinical aesthetics environment is an asset A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-centred setting Ability to contribute to and be a part of content creation

Training & Mentorship

Piril will provide guidance, support, and hands-on mentorship. Some experience is required, but this role is also perfect for a practitioner who wants to grow further within a safe, supportive clinical environment.

Working Hours

1-3 days per week Weekdays and weekends Opportunity to increase hours/days as the clinic grows
