The role involves working with primary-aged children who require specialised medical and personal care.If you have a passion for working with children with special educational needs and making a positive difference in their lives, this could be the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities: * Provide medical care and support to primary-aged children with special educational needs, including administering medication and attending to their health needs.

• Assist with daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
• Support the children with personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Work closely with teachers, healthcare professionals, and parents to ensure the best possible care and support for the children.
• Monitor and document the children's health and development, communicating any concerns to the appropriate staff.
• Create a positive, nurturing environment that fosters the children's physical, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications and Experience: * Previous experience in a healthcare, medical support, or care role is essential.

• Experience working with children, especially in an educational or SEN setting, is highly desirable.
• Relevant qualifications in healthcare, childcare, or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care).
• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
