This is a part-time role for 30 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday).
We're seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Medical Education Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality medical placements for post-graduate and undergraduate residents. Based at the Warneford Hospital in Oxford, you'll also be required to travel regularly across the Trust footprint, which includes Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire, Swindon, Salisbury, Bristol and Northeast Somerset.
You'll provide vital administrative support for resident doctor educational activities, their induction, and undergraduate placements, while liaising with NHS programme managers, residents, and psychiatric supervisors. Joining a small, friendly team, you'll have opportunities to cross-cover colleagues and develop your knowledge through exciting projects.

Arranging meetings and events, organising the agenda and taking minutes.
Coordinating teaching sessions, producing attendance reports and certificates.
Helping to ensure that the requirements of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and the GMC are maintained.
Providing admin support to the Medical Education Lead, Director of Medical Education, Undergraduate Manager, Simulation Lead, Deputy Undergraduate & Simulation Lead, College Tutors and our Medical Education Fellows.
Coordinate training programmes, manage induction schedules, and organise educational events,
Support the popular Medical Work Experience Programme within the trust.
