About the role:


Be at the heart of the UK's busiest cervical screening lab!

We are seeking a hands- on, detailed focused Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our high-volume lab team. As the single NHS provider for cervical screening in London, we process around 650,000 tests annually and support independent clients. This is a practical role focused on delivering accurate and high-quality laboratory work every day.

What you'll do:

Receive, inspect, and log cervical screening samples efficiently*
Enter and maintain precise lab data and records*
Process hr-HPV and cytology tests following standard procedures*
Maintain equipment and workspace to laboratory standards*
Support smooth day to day laboratory operations*

Previous lab experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided*
