We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Medical or Legal Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the office and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, typing, and formatting medico lmlegal reports and correspondence
Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Filing, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with clients, and other professionals
Assisting with billing and time recording
Maintaining confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience as a medical or legal secretary
Excellent audio typing skills
Familiar with medical terminology
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Teams and familiar with AI platforms
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
