Medical Negligence Partner
to join our team.The Role:
We are looking for a senior solicitor with extensive experience in claimant medical negligence matters. This is a leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and grow the department, lead a team, and contribute to strategic decisions at partnership level.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of complex, high-value medical negligence claims Supervise junior solicitors and support staff within the department Drive business development, networking, and marketing initiatives Collaborate with other senior partners on strategic planning Maintain excellent client service and regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 8 years PQE in medical negligence (claimant side preferred) Proven ability to run multi-track and high-value cases Strong leadership and business development skills A following is desirable but not essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A commercially minded and proactive approach
