K4 Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and proactive

Medical Operations Manager

to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in the development and integration of our medical services within the wider K4 Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain all aspects of medical operations, including equipment and service readiness Work collaboratively with the internal recruitment team to source and onboard medical staff Support the growth and visibility of the K4 Medical brand within the Group Ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable medical services Assist in ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards (CQC knowledge is highly desirable) Provide strong operational leadership and contribute to ongoing service improvements

Essential Requirements:

minimum FREC 4 qualification Ambulance TEQ certification Paramedic Proven experience in operations management within the medical or healthcare sector Full UK driving licence with the appropriate classifications to drive an ambulance Sound understanding of medical logistics and workforce planning Strong organisational and communication skills
