We are looking for an experienced, motivated and highly organised Medical Practice Manager to lead our innovative private medical centre in Bangor, North Wales. This is a key leadership role, in a rapidly growing medical and dental organisation, and requires someone to ensure the smooth day to day operations, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and support the delivery of high quality, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
o? ?Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with HIW standards
o? ?Lead, support and develop a team of clinical and non-clinical staff
o? ?Manage HR processes including recruitment, rotas, performance reviewed and training
o? ?Oversee finances, budgets and payroll with accuracy and transparency
o? ?Implement and maintain effective IT and record keeping systems (Semble)
o? ?Support the director with strategic planning, service development, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
o? ?Proven experience of practice management within an NHS/general practice or other healthcare setting
o? ?Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
o? ?Excellent understanding of HR, finance and medical operational requirements
o? ?Proficient with clinical systems and Microsoft Office
o? ?Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and solve problems proactively
o? ?Knowledge of HIW requirements is highly desirable
