Administrator and Receptionist required to join our growing and ambitious Enfield Community Gynaecology team based in the newly built White Lodge Medical Practice in the heart of Enfield Town on a 9 month fixed term maternity cover contract.
We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team and help us grow the service's image as friendly and professional.
The purpose of the role is to:
Offer general assistance to the service team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone
Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the Community Gynaecology Service, including the provision of clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the service team
Facilitate effective communication between patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care, and other associated healthcare agencies.
