We are seeking a full time receptionist. 37.5 hrs per week to work at our busy, but friendly practice in Loy Medical Centre. The successful applicant will be working in the main reception. The post is to start 9th January 2026.
Duties include: Reception Duties, appointment bookings, checking in patients, administering repeat prescriptions, dealing with patient queries, scanning and general office duties.
Applicants must have 4 GCSEs (including English) and 1 years' experience of working in an office environment. The ability to work as part of a busy team. Previous experience working within a GP practice is desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to have:
Four GCSE's or equivalent to include English and 1 years' experience of working in an office environment.
Excellent IT skillsexperience
Excellent communication and customer service skills and the sensitivity to deal with our patients in a kind and efficient manner.
Flexibility
Able to cover Annual Leave
The ability to work as part of a busy team
Desirable Criteria:
Experience in a medical environment or similar role, although full training will be given.
