Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming patient visits.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
Process patient forms and documentation efficiently.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs.
Keep the reception area organised and welcoming for patients.
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Administrative experience is highly desirable, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems, including scheduling software.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
