We are currently advertising a
12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
position to cover maternity leave and shortages. We are seeking a full-timeReceptionist / Care Navigator
to join our friendly and dedicated team at our GP surgery in Blackburn.Key Requirements:
Full-time availability with flexible hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, on a rota basis). Previous applicants

. Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy GP training practice, with a team of 8 GPs. As a Receptionist / Care Navigator, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, assisting patients, and supporting the practice team.
You should be adaptable, with the ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and provide attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
We are looking for candidates who:
Have a passion for providing exceptional service to patients. Can demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. Are enthusiastic team players who work well in a collaborative environment. Are proactive and able to adapt to changing demands.
