Job Summary:



Lincluden Medical Centre, Uddingston are looking to appoint a Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our practice team.

We are a friendly and professional practice with a list size of approximately 9000 patients.

The successful candidate(s) will be working alongside an experienced and capable team providing support to our practice staff and patients.

We are currently looking to recruit 1 x Full Time individual, ideally with experience in primary care, though training will be provided and experience is not essential.

Role:



To provide a point of contact for patients and act as a focal point of communication between patients, doctors and other members of the primary health care team To ensure inquires are promptly, efficiently and courteously handled; documents filed, recorded and distributed efficiently, promptly and with due regard to confidentiality whilst adhering to all GDPR guidelines To provide a comprehensive administrative service to the partners, nursing and management teams, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency at all times.
Hours of work are

flexible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
