We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Previous office experience and strong organisational skills are preferred for this position.
Duties
Greet visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls, direct enquiries, and take accurate messages
Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and welcoming
Handle correspondence including emails, letters, and parcels
Prepare and file documents, reports, and other administrative paperwork
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
Support other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
Proven office experience or administrative experience is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Friendly demeanour with a professional attitude
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently when needed
