We are an innovative, friendly GP Practice in Bath with a list size of around 8,330 patients, working across two sites, 1.5 miles apart. We are a GP Training practice and are also part of Minerva PCN. We work closely with our fellow PCN practices -Combe Down, Newbridge and Rush Hill. Both sites have ample free parking in the locality.
We currently have the following vacancies:
1 x Receptionist/Administrators
The role involves face to face & telephone contact with patients; booking appointments; dealing with queries, including medication prescription requests & other administrative duties.
We are currently looking to recruit a receptionist/administrators to work:
- Tuesday 2-6pm
- Thursday 8am-1pm
- Friday 8am - 1pm
14 hours per week
There will also be an opportunity of additional hours if desired, providing cover for annual leave within the team.
Applicants for the posts should be self-motivated, flexible, calm, hardworking team players with good communication & computer skills. Previous experience of a Medical patient booking system (TPP - Systmone) is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.
