About the Role:
We are offering
part-time and full-time receptionist
positions
that allow you to be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient healthcare experience. As a receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team while also triaging patients to ensure they receive the appropriate care.
Your responsibilities will be:
Welcoming Patients
: Greeting and directing patients with professionalism and empathy, ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for.
Managing Appointments
: Overseeing the practice's appointment system, ensuring efficient scheduling and accurate data entry.
Effective Communication
: Acting as the central hub of communication for patients, the clinical team, and external agencies, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
Triaging Patient Requests
: Using your excellent judgement to prioritise and direct patients to the appropriate service, whether it's a GP consultation, nurse appointment, or external agency, ensuring they get the right care at the right time.
Administrative Support
: Assisting with patient data entry, photocopying, system searches, and general office duties to ensure the practice runs smoothly.

Flexible Shifts:
Full-time or part-time roles, with hours available between 07:00 and 19:30, Monday to Friday. Saturday availability.
