The Role
Reporting into the Clinic Manager you will use your experience and skills in administration of facilities for the benefit of the organisation whilst improving your knowledge and experience. Bringing strong procurement, negotiation and interpersonal skills to support Create's daily operations.
Duties and Objectives
Greeting and looking after the needs of Patients attending Create and abc treatments ensuring visitors have an excellent experience of the clinic.
Responsible for administrative tasks that ensure the smooth running of the clinic
Communication and courtesy calls via phone/email with patients during their patient journey
Managing telephone and email enquiries
Resolving patients' financial queries and processing payments.
Taking and managing client bookings, dealing with confidential information
Supporting the doctors and clinical team on projects
Processing sales invoices
Setting up new patient accounts
Producing letters to GPs involving medical terminology.
Reporting around treatment numbers, billing and reconciliations
Ensuring orders are placed and received in a timely manner.
Booking taxis and couriers
Qualifications, Experience / Personal Specification

Strong computer and processing skills
Strong organisational skills
Able to work well individually and as part of a team
Well organised with a methodical approach to work
Able to work to deadlines
Ability to be sympathetic and empathetic.
The post holder must maintain the confidentiality of information about patients, clients, staff

Pay: Up to 28,808.00 per year
