```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical office
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Care Navigation - liaising with other healthcare organisations - clinical coding - medication management
```Skills```
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred but not required - flexibility

Hours will be 20 per week worked over Monday-Friday. However, these are subject to change and flexibility will be required.
