. Answer call's in our busy Call Centre

Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way

Offer general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone

Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice.

Facilitate effective communication between patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care and other associated healthcare agencies

25 hours per week as a flexi worker Monday - Friday shift pattern 8.30 - 13.30 13.30 - 18.30

or 8.30 - 18.30

Rota will be given 4-6 weeks in advance, days and shift patterns may change weekly, also 1 Thursday evening 18:30 - 20:30 each month.

The surgery is split between two sites locally, you will be required to work between both sites.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.25 per hour
