Summary Of Main Responsibilities
To present a calm and friendly image to patients
To deal with enquiries from patients efficiently and courteously.
To ensure effectiveness of appointment system and monitoring flow of patients in the surgery.
To ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the practice
Ensure requests for repeat prescriptions are acted upon in accordnce with Prcatice policies and procedures
To record messages accurately and efficiently, and assist other members of staff.
To ensure that the surgery premises are kept tidy and safe.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
