to join our busy Medical Records team. This role plays a vital part in supporting patient care by ensuring medical records are accurately archived in line with hospital policy and GDPR requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the archiving, digital storage and destruction of records in line with retention policies
Responsible for maintaining and developing the medical records archive. Moving medical records to utilise all available storage.
Follow correct procedures to identify, track and archive records
Maintain record archive database
About You:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with confidential information and electronic systems
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and administrative skills
This is a great opportunity to work flexibly on a Bank contract whilst being part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team within Kent's largest independent hospital.
