Job Description
PLEASE NOTE THAT APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WORKED FOR THE NHS FOR A MINIMUM OF A YEAR AND HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF SYSTMONE AND CLINICAL SYSTEMS
We are a very busy GP training practice and part of the Boston Primary Care Network.
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to prioritise your workload and work independently.
The main responsibilities will be to summarise and read code relevant information from patients clinical records on SystmOne.
Main Duties:
Culling and sorting patient records and letters in preparation for summarising
Read coding the information into the practice clinical system (SystmOne)
GP2GP record transfer and degraded entries
Adding Recalls to patient records
Scanning/ Filing
Ensuring patient records are accurate and up to date.
Maintain a sensitive approach to patient care, ensuring the maintenance of confidentiality
Carry out duties as per working policies, procedures and protocols and to ensure these are kept up to date
Applicants MUST have knowledge of SystmOne and Summarising experience.
Interviews will take place in the morning on 27th November 2025
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 12.31 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
