Duties



Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other medical organisations. Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through proactive outreach and networking. Present and demonstrate our medical products effectively to clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs. Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favourable agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and after-sales support. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analysis using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the medical sector. Lead by example within the team, fostering a positive environment focused on achieving targets and continuous improvement.

Requirements



Proven experience in medical sales or related B2B sales roles within the healthcare industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--with the ability to present complex information clearly. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate team members and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools for reporting purposes. Analytical mindset with strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Customer service-oriented approach with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 34,420.00-54,017.14 per year
