Medical Secretary/Administrator



Medical Secretary/Administrator required for a busy Orthopaedic Office. Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:00. Digital transcription and knowledge of medical terminology is essential. Previous medico-legal experience and knowledge of MidexPro Medical software and Excel would be extremely advantageous.

Salary:- approximately 31,500 p/a

Holiday:- 6 weeks

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a medical secretary and/or medico-legal secretary
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
