We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at our Enhance Medical flagship hospital in Solihull, 970 Stratford Road.
This role is for an experienced admin person to be based in the Operations Board team. You will be covering tasks including using our electronic database, completing patient phone call assessments, and ensuring the patient is ready for surgery.
to complete this role you require::
Completing pre admission criteria phone calls
Good Knowledge of Excel - computer skills
Be Flexible with weekend hours
Checking Medical files are completed in full upon booking
contact GP Centres
Obtain patient information from GP / Specialists
work well in a team
This role requires experience as an admin within a clinical setting, strong communication skills, English speaking is essential.
the shifts will vary from 900-1730 and 1000 - 1900 and a rota will be provided, some weekends may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to 25,500.00 per year
