Medical Signatory (Diabetes) \xe2\x80\x93 Fully Remote

Pharma-Partners is currently supporting a Top 20 global pharma company hire an experienced final signatory to be part of their leading Diabetes division. Reporting into the Executive Medical Director you will work not only with cross functional teams but on multiple partnership products giving a unique way of working and plenty of development opportunities.

You will be an integral member of the Medical Affairs team, in the support of launch and commercialisation activities to meet patients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and ultimately enhance the customers\xe2\x80\x99 experience in interacting with the company. Your primary responsibility is to approve the UK and Irish promotional and non-promotional materials. Additionally, you are expected to contribute to the smooth execution of the Promotional and Non-Promotional Materials Approval Process (PMAP) process.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, approve and act as a final signatory for promotional and non- promotional materials and ensure that all programmes and materials are 100% compliant with the ABPI and IPHA Codes, scientific and medical data, local policies and procedures, and legislation.
  • Contribute to developing and improving the Promotional Materials Approval Process (PMAP).
  • To develop effective partnerships with relevant functions within the organisation, to ensure all materials and activities follow compliance from conception.
  • Demonstrate PMAP and Code experience and expertise through training, sharing best
  • practice, meetings and advice, and coach and train aspiring final signatories, team members and cross-functional colleagues in matters related to PMAP and Code.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Code
  • Drive the response to challenges from competitors, intercompany dialogues and PMCPA complaints.
The Candidate:
  • UK registered MD or MPharm
  • Experience ABPI final signatory
  • Strong knowledge of the ABPI code of practice
  • Experience in diabetes/cardiometabolic would be advantageous
  • Collaborative, team-oriented with good written and spoken communication skills
Remuneration:
  • Basic annual salary depending on experience plus a standard benefits package
