Job Description

We are a complete non fault accident management company who specialises in clients who have been involved in a non-fault accident. We provide post-accident services that may assist the client recover damages and compensation to recover losses caused in a motor accident.

We specialise in the personal injury field and provide accident replacement cars, specifically focusing on assisting claimants involved in road traffic accidents. We offer comprehensive services to other businesses operating in the accident management sector, including claims management companies, body shops, motor fleet operators, and claims managers. Our expertise lies in providing end-to-end solutions with a smooth process to insure customer satisfaction.

Due to significant growth, we are looking to recruit a Medical legal Case Co-Ordinator who will act as the key liaison between our law firm clients, treatment providers and medical experts. The role is essential in coordinating treatment and medical reporting services for clients who have been injured in a non-fault accident. This includes case management, customer service, supplier management and basic accounts processing.

You will



Promptly acknowledge new case instructions via email Perform initial risk/liability assessments Book and manage appointments Notify solicitors of scheduled appointments and reduce DNA's Recruit new specialists and clinics to expand our panel Negotiate fees, manage contracts, maintain pricing competitiveness Issue invoices to solicitors Record all outstanding invoices and maintain a debtor's ledger Reconcile payments received- update financial systems Resolve booking or billing conflicts Handle telephone, email and SMS to schedule appointments and reminders

Requirements



Excellent organisational skills and stakeholder coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to balance multiple cases with attention to detail Understanding of GDPR Empathy when dealing with vulnerable or injured clients The ability to work in a fast paced environment Great customer service skills via phone and email

Pay: From 24,877.00 per year
