Role: Medicines Counter Assistant or trainee

Location: Evans Pharmacy, Castle Donington

Hours: Saturday mornings 9-1pm

Flexible to cover shifts in summer and at Christmas for sickness/holidays

We are looking for a candidate with:

MCA qualified or willingness to undertake training An interest in a career in pharmacy Customer service/till experience would be beneficial Confident and friendly with customers Self-motivated to learn and ask questions Willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service Ability to work independently and use initiative Good work ethic, and reliable Can communicate well in a team Ability to stay calm under pressure

First point of contact for patients and customers Providing excellent customer service Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a busy environment Responding to patient queries Filing and retrieving prescriptions Managing retail stock effectively Delivering health advice, products and services appropriate to the level of training received housekeeping
