Job Description

To be the first point of contact for all customers. To serve customers appropriately and sensitively. To provide the best possible advice and refer them to the pharmacist if appropriate.

Key responsibilities:

To ensure that the pharmacy environment is welcoming, clean and professional. To greet customers in a professional and friendly manner. To accurately complete financial transactions with customers. To respond to symptoms described by customers by following agreed protocols and using your own knowledge and judgement. To know and understand the main features of stocked lines and the benefits to customers. To select and recommend suitable products and provide advice on their correct use.

Summary



As a Medicine Counter Assistant, you will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and support in a pharmacy setting. Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, your role involves assisting customers with medication inquiries, managing prescriptions, and ensuring the safe administration of medications. Your core skills in patient care will be complemented by premium skills in pharmacy technician experience, enhancing your ability to provide accurate information and support. Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
