We have an exciting opportunity for a Medicines Management Specialist provide expert clinical knowledge and education to support our Automated Infusion Systems (AIS) sales activity. You will provide expert clinical knowledge, with an emphasis on IV Medicines and their administration in a variety of clinical disciplines.

You will present and manage the implementation of Dose Error Reduction Systems (DERS) at hospitals nationally ensuring B Braun continues to develop as the provider of choice for patient and staff safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To support the sales team by providing expert (pre-sales) clinical knowledge about the AIS portfolio.
  • Form effective relationships with key opinion leaders to promote AIS products and solutions and influence policy.
  • To support the develop of evidence to enable effective communication of clinical outcomes achieved through service excellence
  • To support in the development and delivery of Clinical Strategies to ensure B. Braun remain at the forefront of Patient Safety.
  • Provide clinical advice during development of literature and other marketing materials.
  • To attend local and national seminars to keep updated with professional issues and developments
  • To assist with demonstrations/presentations, workshops, exhibitions and provide clinical product expertise whenever required.
  • To support the AIS Marketing Team to ensure the Clinical Education Supervisors and teams are up to date with the latest AIS Team Strategies.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed:
  • Strong clinical background \xe2\x80\x93 qualified nurse, pharmacists or pharmacy background.
  • Have in-depth technical/clinical knowledge about infusion pumps.
  • Have detailed training experience with infusion therapies.
  • Be able to identify problem and provide tailored solutions.
  • Have the ability to influence and convince others using your clinical knowledge and current NHS strategies.
  • Possess a driving license and have the flexibility to meet business needs
