We are looking for an enthusiastic and articulate Call Handler to join our fast-paced and friendly medico-legal team based in Glasgow city centre. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a young, energetic office where communication skills, professionalism, and team spirit are highly valued. You will be a key point of contact for solicitors and clients playing a vital role in the smooth operation of our legal case process.
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a role for candidates looking to progress in the legal sector. This is a calls based role.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients to clarify case details and arrange appointments
Occasionally answer inbound calls and provide accurate, helpful information in a professional manner
Build rapport with clients and legal professionals to ensure a smooth customer journey
Accurately update case notes and internal systems with call outcomes
Liaise with other departments to ensure client expectations are met
Work as part of a collaborative team to meet daily and weekly call targets
Qualifications
Previous experience in a call handling, customer service, or administrative role is preferred
Familiarity with the medico-legal industry is advantageous but not essential
Training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn
