The Meeting & Events Sales Manager will
Report to the Director of Sales
Manage the day-to-day conference & events office activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team members' performance.
Plan and conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and Meeting & Events Operations Team to determine potential enhancements to the guest experience.
Contribute to forecasts, plans, and productivity reports as required.
Manage a team of 5 Event Agents covering 15 meeting and event spaces
As Meeting & Events Sales Manager you will have
Experience of being a Meeting & Events Sales Manager.
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results.
Excellent customer care and focus and ability to think outside the box
Excellent communication skills.
You must have worked in hospitality, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
