Co-ordination and administration of all conference event reservations from enquiry through to the handover with the Operations team
Support on the above for Weddings & Special events (banquets, Christmas etc)
Liaise with organisers ensuring full and accurate information at all times
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for your events
Provide all guests with an efficient and warm welcome
Promote and maximise use of the Conference and Function rooms
Work closely with other departments to meet customer requirements
Provide occasional weekend /evening cover to meet business requirements
What we are looking for?
Previous Conference event booking experience is required
Experience using RFP platforms preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and competently with diverse stakeholders
Methodical approach to work
Previous sales experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Enjoy working as part of a team and have a flexible approach
Excellent customer service skills and good telephone manner
Good computer knowledge, including MS Office
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

40 hours per week

Working hours are generally Mon-Fri on a shift basis, with occasional weekend or evening work
