Handle all meeting and event inquiries received via email, phone, fax, or walk-ins.
Ensure function sheets are promptly distributed to relevant departments with attention to detail.
Manage daily conference billing.
Respond to brochure requests and provide necessary information to clients.
Conduct site inspections professionally and complete a monthly sales report as required.
Identify cross-selling opportunities with sister hotels and ensure leads are forwarded and followed up.
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times.
Actively participate in training and development activities to enhance performance
