The role



Assist members with incoming telephone and email enquiries. Track and record incoming data from Fund employers. Conduct data cleansing to improve the quality of the Fund's data. Assist employers with requests and queries. Provide administrative support to the Member Services Team. Calculate basic scheme member's pension benefit entitlements. Participate in projects to improve our processes.

What experience are we looking for?



Proficient in MS office packages and previous computer software experience Customer focused and team player. Attention to detail and continuous improvement experience Previous customer service experience Clean vetting checks.

What else do you need to know?



This is a permanent position This is a full-time position working a 36-hour week between Monday and Friday There will a hybrid model of working, both from home and in our Edinburgh office Pre-employment screening will be carried out prior to joining
