Job Summary

This exciting new role will work closely with the CEO to ensure we have a vibrant and engaged member community. You will provide support, advice, and guidance to ensure that our members get the best value from their membership. Helping members engage with the range of member benefits and identifying new member benefit opportunities will be key.

Would you like to provide support, advice, and guidance to the NTDA members across the UK? Are you an effective relationship builder? If so, we would love to hear from you. This role is key to driving member engagement, ensuring a vibrant, supported and strong community of members.

Responsibilities

With excellent communication skills, you will be someone who members instantly engage with. You need to be self-motivated and self-organised, while liaising closely with the CEO and wider staff team. You will quickly establish a supportive and trusting relationship with NTDA members working within our values: Professional, Collaborative, Creative and Integrity. We are seeking applicants with membership engagement experience, ideally with experience in member events and benefits. This post will be home-based, unless you are within an easy commute to the NTDA office in Aylesbury. You will have extensive travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays away from home.

Requirements

Full Driving Licence Previous experience in membership or client engagement is highly desirable. Ability to work independently Organised and proactive, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact within a membership community.

Pay: 33,000.00-35,000.00 per year
