About The Role





We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and personable Member Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in ensuring every interaction is exceptional. Your creativity, resourcefulness, and excellent communication skills are vital in delivering world-class service and creating memorable experiences.

Hours:

42.5 per week

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00

Day-to-Day Responsibilities




Act as a professional and vibrant ambassador for all visitors, members, and colleagues across Myo and other departments, whether in person, via email, or on the phone. Work closely with the Myo team to organize and execute regular Member Engagement Events in line with the calendar. Ensure all communal areas--including Member Lounges, Kitchens and Meeting Rooms,--are maintained to the highest standards, promptly addressing any member requests to keep amenities meeting their needs. Facilitate a seamless and welcoming arrival experience for all members and their guests. Oversee the booking of meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring optimal utilization through careful planning. Manage the execution of meetings and events, from set-up to clean-up, ensuring all specific requirements are met while building strong relationships to handle attendance and cancellations. Efficiently operate the Nexudus app, promptly responding to member requests and ensuring all information remains accurate and current. Address daily tasks proactively--whether it's managing post, stationery, taxis, or local guide updates--and remain adaptable to new challenges. Cultivate strong relationships with members, continuously seeking innovative ways to improve service delivery. Contribute fresh ideas and solutions to support the ongoing success and evolution of the Myo team

The above overview outlines the main duties in the role however is not limited, you will be required to work with the on-site Account Manager to support the needs of the business.
