As a Member Oversight Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring robust systems, procedures, and standards across all aspects of financial promotion approval, feedback handling, mandatory training, business activity pre-approval, compliance management information, and consultancy service delivery. You'll ensure we meet and exceed both regulatory and client expectations, working across teams to embed best practice.###

What you'll do

Oversee and ensure compliance with financial promotion, training, and business activity policies and procedures. Advise senior management on FCA and regulatory issues, and respond to FCA information requests. Maintain up-to-date procedures aligned with regulations and internal requirements. Provide guidance and support to Appointed Representatives and staff on network requirements. Manage training/testing systems and champion completion across the organisation. Produce, analyse, and deliver compliance-focused Management Information reports. Handle client feedback oversight and documentation. Lead annual review tracking/reporting and support delivery of consultancy services. Continuously develop your professional skills, and support ad-hoc compliance projects.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

Financial Services Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) Experience with financial promotions and compliance processes Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

The base

You'll be based at the Benchmark Head Office, within our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex but will need to be present across our other offices, including the main Schroders headquarters in London. It has high standards and international reputation, without being in the city: a big, countryside campus means life will feel a little different.



We support our offices by using cutting edge software and hardware and our spacious campus facilities mean there's a great working environment for the team. With an on-site restaurant, coffee shop and gym, our campus has much to offer. And commuters can relax on our dedicated regular shuttle bus to and from Horsham's main line train station.###
