Job Overview


We are seeking an enthusiastic Member Services Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will enable a smooth welcome and bookings process for our members from when they first join, to booking in activities that will benefit their family. You will provide admin support at each stage of our member journey, working alongside staff and volunteers to ensure everyone has the information needed for events to run successfully.

Responsibilities



Set up and manage bookings on our CRM system. Including sending out accessible joining details; Help produce advertising materials in Canva for events, activities and training, utilising brand templates and working within the JIGSAW Thornbury brand guidelines; Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Liaise with Services Manager to support with booking the programme of activities with providers throughout the year; Feedback to relevant Manager or Lead regarding booking take up and any issues encountered with bookings for events, activities and training; Assist members with account management, including updates and changes to their profiles. Support with the monitoring and evaluation of the sessions sending out follow up impact surveys after events, activities and training; Analyse member feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Process new membership sign ups on CRM system;

Skills



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage varied workload Knowledge of and skills in using a customer relationship management system or the willingness and ability to develop this knowledge A friendly demeanour with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service Demonstrable knowledge of and advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
